बिहार राज्य में लगभग 3 लाख से अधिक नियोजित शिक्षकों को अब राज्य कर्मी का दर्जा पाने के लिए सक्षमता परीक्षा देनी होगी। ढाई घंटे की इस परीक्षा में आपसे मल्टीप्ल चॉइस क्वेश्चन पूछे जाएंगे और किसी भी प्रकार की नेगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं होगी। अगर आप मिनिमम पासिंग मार्क प्राप्त कर लेते हैं तो आपको राज्य कर्मी का दर्जा प्राप्त हो जाएगा।
किस जिले के अंदर आप राज्य कर्मी के रूप में पोस्टिंग पाना चाहते हैं उसकी जानकारी आपको फॉर्म में देनी होगी। फुल 59 सब्जेक्ट के लिए यह परीक्षा लगने वाली है। इस परीक्षा में कक्षा 1 से लेकर आठ तक के आठ विषय शामिल होंगे। वहीं कक्षा 9 और कक्षा 10 के लिए 19 विषय इसमें शामिल किए जाएंगे और कक्षा 11 और 12 के लिए कुल 31 विषय की परीक्षा लगने वाली है।
